    Author, educator, engineer, and one of Manhattan’s most successful Real Estate experts, Ken Van Liew has garnered international praise for his work in various facets of the building trade. Starting his real estate career a quarter-century ago, Ken has gone on to oversee the investment, finance, and development phases of numerous large-scale projects, and has a proven track record of successfully handling every aspect of numerous residential, commercial and retail projects.

    Over the years, Ken has managed the syndication and development of numerous high-profile real estate developments totaling more than $1.35 billion dollars in capital investment. Ken is a #1 International Bestselling Author of Modern Wealth Building Formula, How to Master Real Estate Investing, and has shared his skyscraper and business experience worldwide. As an educator, he has shared his wisdom with students of his Global Real Estate Investment Academy.

    As a Professional Engineer, Ken holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and in Real Estate Development from New York University. In addition, he has lectured at the Real Estate Institute, New York University and College of Engineering, Rutgers University.

    A lifelong student of personal development, Ken is a Senior Leader in Tony Robbins’ Robbins Research International and an Introduction Leader in the educational organization Landmark Worldwide.

    John Frieri, Esq

    John is an attorney licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey, and Colorado.  John was admitted to the practice of law in 1986, and was a founding member and managing partner of  Frieri, Conroy and Lombardo, LLC.  Among John’s areas of specific expertise are municipal land use approvals and zoning issues. 

    Prior to entering the legal profession, John’s background was in real estate construction and development, which he has continued to pursue through the development of environmentally challenged and “brownfield” designated properties.

    John will be the Chief Operating Officer of The Fund, responsible for its day to day operations and coordination  with all members of the team. 

    John is a graduate of Seton Hall University, and Seton Hall School of Law

    Mark Roderick leads Lex Nova Law’s Crowdfunding and Fintech practice. He writes a widely-read blog at CrowdfundingAttny.com and is a featured speaker at Crowdfunding and Fintech events across the country, including New York, Texas, Chicago, and Silicon Valley. Mark is one of the most prominent Crowdfunding and Fintech lawyers in the United States. He represents portals, issuers, and others across the country and around the world.

    Mark has always represented entrepreneurs and their businesses. He began his career as a tax lawyer and has served as Chair of the firm’s Corporate practice group and its Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. He brings a deep, multi-layered legal background to his clients today.

    Santa Chiarelli

    Santo is the Senior Partner in charge of the Accounting and Auditing Practice at ACS. He is responsible for ACS’s Mortgage Banking division.

    He is one of ACS’s founding Partners.

    Santo began his professional career as an audit member of the NYC CPA firms Yohalem, Gillman & Company LLP (now part of Anchin Block & Anchin) and Berenson, Berenson, Adler LLP (now part of CohnReznick).

    Throughout his professional career, Santo has been providing audit, accounting and tax services to various industries, including mortgage banking, private lending, debt Collection services, asset-based lenders, manufacturing, construction contractors and real estate.

    Santo’s experience covers the full range of audit, accounting, consulting and tax services. Santo believes that constant interaction with clients throughout the year provides a proactive approach to financial and tax strategies.

    Santo has published articles in the Scottsman Guide and has been asked to speak on various accounting and tax topics at the Mortgage Bankers Financial Accounting and Management Conference, The Mortgage Collaborative as well as the Loan Vision User Conference.

    In addition to his professional work experience, Santo has also served as an adjunct accounting professor at Wagner College in New York and at Fairleigh Dickinson Graduate School in New Jersey.

    Santo is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New Jersey, New York and California.

    Santo enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys exercising, golf and traveling.

    Valerie Reid, Ph.D.

    Valerie is a dynamic business leader and entrepreneur. Her global career has spanned a multitude of areas – from real estate development to Fortune 100 consulting across multiple industries to public service and academia. She is a sought-after adviser to companies and organizations, large and small, for her expertise in real estate, strategy, operations, and technology. She has worked on multiple large and smaller multi-use development projects including the Channel Tunnel Rail Project in the UK/France.

    From the beginning of her career to achieving a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics, Ms. Reid has shown a desire and ability to understand different industries, their challenges, and their people and find business solutions that work. She is the founder and CEO of Willow Enterprises LLC which provides a much-needed digital platform, Simple Cremation USA (www.simplecremationusa.com), serving families seeking a lower cost, often long-distance, cremation arrangement with funeral homes across the USA – a business solution that works for families and funeral homes. 



    Sam Sells

    Sam is a retired US Air Force officer and combat veteran who founded Wild Mountain Capital in 2018 with his hero dad. Sam traveled globally with US Air Force Special Operations as an International Health Specialist and saw poverty and a lack of safe housing while leading complex rehab and development projects worldwide. This motivated Sam to start Wild Mountain to transform neglected, unsafe, and mismanaged assets not just into “affordable housing”, but into housing that is affordable.

    The Wild Mountain team has 60+ years of commercial and residential real estate experience over 75+ projects individually. Since 2019, the team has syndicated 20 development /rehab properties, creating equity growth nearly twice the initial investment in less than two years. Projects include mobile home communities, apartment complexes, and self storage facilities.

    Ravin Ram is a senior partner of Cashflow Capital LLC. He helps owners and developers refinance, purchase and develop properties Nationwide. As one of the founding members of Cashflow Capital LLC he makes sure every transaction gets the attention it deserves and is paired up with the right investor.

    Ravin started his career renovating and selling run down properties in Brooklyn at age 18. Prior to forming Cashflow Captial LLC, Ravin owned Cashflow Funding Inc, which provided financing to new home buyers and small-scale investors. Later after the 2008 market crash he decided to form Cashflow Capital LLC.

    Irena Skoda began her career in multi-family residential architecture over 30+ years ago, working on projects ranging from affordable to high-end residences and designing over 10 million square feet of skyscraper projects in Manhattan. She worked as a design associate at the top residential firms in New York City and has been part of the design collaborative on three 90-story residential towers. Irena opened her architectural practice in 2007, SKODA Design + Architecture, pllc, specifically to deliver sustainable and high-performance building design. The firm has spent the previous three years integrating technological, aesthetic, psychological, and spiritual elements into a unified design experience. Irena was one of the original co- founders and past presidents of The Designers and Builders Alliance of Long Island, a nonprofit organization that brings together professional industry and home trades that aid worthy charities. She is a registered architect in NY and NJ (NCARB), NCIDQ- Certified Interior Designer, a USGBC LEED BD+C Accredited Professional, a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor and an Advanced BioGeometry student of Dr. Ibrahim Karim.

    Irena is an avid learner, entrepreneur, initiator and self-directed visionary. She is involved hands on with every client studio project focused on both architecture and interior design. Irena is a licensed design professional with a passion for generating creative ideas for integrating high performance building design, energy efficiency, and maximizing space planning with quality design in line with Nature through BioArchitecture.

    Christine Bryant

    Christine Bryant has a been a professional creative for the past 17 years and has worked with a full spectrum of clients and projects, including; working alongside interior decorators, creating her own line of decorative art, product design, graphic design and marketing design.

    For the past 7 years her focus has been on marketing design for Real Estate and Finance professionals. She has had the opportunity to work with a variety of companies and professionals within the industry such as; residential and commercial real estate companies, individual agents, investment real estate firms, financiers, real estate developers, lenders, title companies and luxury hotels.

    Her experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the needs and wants within the industry and she takes great pride in helping her clients make their first impressions count.

    When not helping clients, Ryan and his four-legged kids actively compete in dog sports.

    Chaz Tedesco is a driven individual who has over a decade of experience working with technology and generating successful lead generation, marketing campaigns, and technology processes. Using systems and process he has been a part of successful projects for dozens of different companies which include scaling the nations second largest privately held solar from $3 Million to $500 Million in annual sales in just under 4 years. Chaz brings energy, direction, and clarity to every conversation and  he helps to show how the right technology paired with the right process can create exponential results.
